Sauna is everything in Finland, and if you want to understand more about the culture and Finns, you need to start getting familiar with it. The sauna was invented by the Finns over 2000 years ago, and in the old days, women were giving birth on it, so you can start picturing how important the sauna has always been for Finnish people. The sauna is a ritual part of the culture of Finland, a tradition related to the well-being that sauna sessions bring to your life, and on this tour, you will have the chance to experience it to the fullest. How is the itinerary? We will visit some places that will make you feel more in touch with the lifestyle of Finnish people. After that walk for about 1 hour, we will go to a sauna session in the city, where you can enjoy swimming in the Baltic Sea too, just like Finns do.
